Our artisanal crystal bracelets are sold exclusively through Instagram Live. We host two lives every week — a new collection launch every Saturday at 8.30pm, and a recap live every Sunday at 3.30pm where archive and in-stock pieces are available by request. Bracelets are not listed on our website. Follow us at @auralogick so you never miss a drop.

Each bracelet is revealed with a unique code during the live. Simply comment the code + your wrist size to claim it. Some claims are also accepted via DMs. After the Sunday live, invoices are sent to your DMs. Payment is due within 24 hours. Unpaid orders after two reminders will be released and the IG handle blocked permanently — so do make sure to check your DMs after a live.

At the moment, we don't accept custom bracelet orders. Each Auralogick piece is thoughtfully designed as part of our weekly collections, and every design is produced in limited quantities. We hope you'll find a piece that resonates with you from our curated releases.

Because every bracelet uses natural gemstones from specific crystal batches, exact restocks are rarely possible. A waitlist is kept for sold-out designs — if we are able to restock, we will reach out to you.

If your bracelet snaps or breaks, it is covered under our restring service. If it is unworn or brand new, the restring is complimentary. For worn bracelets, the standard S$4 restring fee applies.

For all other servicing, return shipping to us is at your own cost. Here's what we offer:

Simply wrap a measuring tape or a strip of paper snugly around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to sit. No allowance needed — measure at the exact spot and we'll size it for a comfortable fit.

Hardware
Gold hardware is made from 14k gold-filled. Silver hardware is made from 14k white gold-filled. Both are durable and water-resistant for everyday wear, though prolonged exposure to water should be avoided to preserve their shine.

Water and elastic
The bracelet is strung on stretch elastic, which can weaken over time with frequent water exposure. Natural crystals may also be sensitive to prolonged moisture. Keep your bracelet dry where possible.

Tarnishing
Sweat and body chemistry vary from person to person. Over time, oxidation or tarnishing may occur naturally. This is normal wear and not a manufacturing defect.

Avoid contact with
Perfume, lotion, sunscreen, cleaning products, chlorine, and seawater. Put your bracelet on last when getting ready, after skincare and sprays have been applied and absorbed.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. We recommend keeping it in the original sealed PVC storage bag it came in — this protects against moisture and slows down oxidation.

Treat your bracelet like fine costume jewellery. A little extra care goes a long way in preserving its beauty for years to come.

Right (dominant) hand: For sending energy outward. Confidence, protection, taking action, manifesting goals.

Left (non-dominant) hand: For receiving energy. Emotional healing, self-love, calming, intuition.

There is no strict rule. Your intention matters more than which wrist you choose. Wear it where it feels right.

Yes. All AURALOGICK bracelets are made with genuine natural gemstones. Because they are natural, each stone is unique — you may notice slight variations in colour, surface texture, or small natural inclusions. These are part of the stone's character and not defects.

Yes. Live sale bracelets are sent via courier by default once your order is ready. If you prefer self-collection, DM us at @auralogick to arrange a collection time and we'll share the address.

Local shipping is S$5, with free shipping on orders above S$150. International shipping is calculated by weight and added to your invoice.

Yes, and we love gifting orders. We offer a gift box option — just let us know via DM or mention it when you claim during the live. We'll pack it up beautifully for you.

All billed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you receive your bracelet and find the wrist size needs adjusting, resizing is available at S$4 (for ±0.5cm). Return shipping to us is at your own cost.

For bracelet servicing, DM us at @auralogick for the return address and details. Once we receive your bracelet, we will assess it and let you know if any servicing fees are required before proceeding. Servicing typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, after which we will ship your bracelet back to you.

No. All our sessions are personalised tarot readings — guided conversations that use tarot and oracle cards as a tool for reflection, perspective, and self-exploration. We do not predict the future or make guarantees about outcomes. The reading is a space for you to gain clarity and insight, not a fixed forecast of events to come.

Yes. We offer live tarot reading services for corporate events, team experiences, and private bookings. Rates start at S$250/hour with a minimum 2-hour booking. We also offer group tarot experiences and private reading lounges. DM us or email hello@auralogick.com for a custom quote.

Personalised tarot readings are a space for reflection and clarity. Common topics include career and work decisions, relationships, self-discovery, life transitions, and personal growth. Come with whatever is on your mind — there are no wrong questions.

Please note that readings are not a substitute for professional advice. We are not able to cover medical, legal, or financial matters, or do readings centred on a third party without their knowledge.

A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what helps:

• Have your questions ready. Think about what you'd most like clarity on before the session.
• Find a quiet space. Somewhere you won't be interrupted, especially for Zoom sessions.
• Come with an open mind. Tarot works best when you're open to reflection rather than looking for a specific answer.

That's really all you need. Aura will guide you through the rest.

Readings are conducted mainly in English. Aura has a basic conversational level of Mandarin Chinese, but is not fully proficient in conducting readings in Chinese. If you have any questions about language, feel free to DM us before booking.
